These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://jodigeline.com and other sites affiliated with Jodi Geline and your participation in the email list, SMS program, newsletters, trainings, masterclasses, events, and programs offered by Jodi Geline, operating as Peace of My Heart ("we," "us," or "our").
By using the Sites, submitting your information, or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or subscribe.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe, purchase, or participate. By providing your information, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the contact information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
2. Email Subscription
By submitting your name and email address, you consent to receive our newsletter, educational content, training announcements, event information, and promotional messages.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email or by contacting [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel a paid program you've enrolled in.
3. SMS / Text Message Program
3.1 Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Jodi Geline at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to buy anything from us or participate in our free content.
3.2 Program Description
The program sends event reminders, session and program reminders, updates, and occasional announcements about our offerings.
3.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive approximately 5 - 15 messages per month depending on event training and information.
3.4 Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
3.5 Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You'll receive a single confirmation message, and then we'll stop texting that number. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected].

3.7 Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.
3.8 Changing Your Number
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us at [email protected] so we don't text someone who didn't opt in.

5. Programs, Purchases, and Payment
Prices for programs, sessions, and events are listed at the point of purchase and are subject to change. All fees are stated in US currency and are due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.
Refunds. All sales are final.
Payment plans. If you enroll under a payment plan, you are responsible for the full program price. Failed or missed payments may result in suspended access until the balance is resolved.
Scheduling and cancellation for one-on-one sessions. A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule; sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our programs including written material, frameworks, recordings, videos, worksheets, presentations, and the names, logos, and branding of Jodi Geline and Peace of My Heart is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may use our materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, teach from, publish, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission. Program materials are for the registered participant only and may not be shared with others.
7. Participant Conduct
In group programs, live events, and community spaces, you agree to:
> Treat other participants and facilitators with respect
> Keep what others share confidential
> Refrain from harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior
> Refrain from soliciting or marketing to other participants without permission
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, with or without refund at our discretion.
8. Assumption of Risk
Participation in somatic, emotional, and energetic healing work is voluntary. Such work can surface strong emotions, memories, or physical sensations. You participate at your own risk and take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing, including deciding when to pause, step back, or seek additional professional support.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jodi Geline and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, our content, or our programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jodi Geline from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our programs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
